Ratchet and Clank and Hot Shots golf fore help!

Hello! 

I am a new user to pcsx2 now. I been using the program for about 2 weeks. I made a video to help explain my problem so if you're confused by my words check the video.

I have run games perfectly with 60fps using the settings shown in the video.

I have pcsx2 1.4.0

Direct 11 installed

So in the video I show my setup and then show how my settings work for hardware and software modes. My setup works for Lego star wars, Burnout 3, Resident evil, and more!

I have Quad core intel i7 with Nvidia 950 GTX and 8GB Ram (All shown in video!) 

Please help me any way you can... I acept team viewer help from trusted people

Actually just figured it out! thanks so much for the help it works great! I added my tweaks back and its running with 60fps and it looks amazing

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
