Ratchet and Clank issues

So, I can run the game on 4x native 60fps 99% of the time on DX11 hardware, but when I run on Software it jumps down to 40-55fps(with 3 extra rendering threads).

I would run the game happily on hardware, but there are some annoying graphical bugs(textures flickering, if that is the right word to use).

What are the best ways to get better fps on software?

The EE cyclerate and VU cycle stealing hacks may help you here. What are your current settings in the speedhacks?

make sure that you have enabled MTVU hack and overclock your CPU a little more to get a performance boost.
