I am running 1.6.0. I tried running EE cyclerate 2 and EE cycle skipping 1, and while that does make it say 100% speed, it still feels sluggish. I am using MTVU. Could it be my cpu is not sufficient? I have heard this game is very much cpu intensive. Thanks a lot for any help.

More than your CPU, do you have a real gpu ? I have the feeling it does use your Vega igpu

That's probably the bottleneck, then.try native resolution or software mode
