i have around 30-36fps, the games runs at normal speed around 50fps i think

If it's a pal version, 50 fps is full speed
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
