Ratchet and clank freeze nebula g34

the game freezes when I load a save on the map. freezes at the moment when the ship flies up to the planet. I started a new game, reached the planet, the game again hung on the same frame. Enabling the "ee timing hack" does not help.

what if you run it directly from your original DVD instead of iso ?

I don't have a dvd, iso downloaded on the Internet
