Recommended Plug-Ins

Anyone here can recommend a good plug-in revision of GsDx
and Good Configuration to play at decent FPS

Here are my specs:

PCSX2 Ver. 0.9.7 rev 3649
CPU: C2D E4400 @ 2.0Ghz
RAM: 2GB @ 800Mhz
GPU: 1GB ATI HD 4870
OS: Win 7 32bit

but what would be the best the 3119 rev.?

because last night i play bloody roar 4 i did not receive good fps
when in game i got 20-25
when in game menu 50-60

Enable SpeedHacks(Except for VU Stealing)
Use x2 Cycle rate
INTC Sync hack
Enable IOP x2 Cycle rate
WaitCycles Sync hack

GsDx 10 Hardware / Native
Disable Frame Limiting
VU Clamp Mode: Normal
EE/IOP Clamp Mode: Normal

Have you had better FPS on that game before last night?

Your computer is no monster, it's not that good for PCSX2. I'd recommend closer to 3GHz to get reasonable speed.
Menus are easier to render, that's why you get better fps there. Check at what level your EE is. If it is at 100% changing graphics plugin won't help you. You probably need a better cpu.

You will need a faster PC (CPU actually) for most 3d fighting games. 2GHz is just not close to enough... maybe 3GHz would do.

Setting the clamps to 'none' should give some speedup but still won't be enough.

I just planned to download the emulator last night and play BR 4
Then i check some videos on youtube and read stuffs here
I saw someone on youtube can play at Decent FPS
with the same of my processor he play's God of War and i saw his video
he runs the game like normal with no lag
when i ask him he give me a site to download latest rev. of pcsx2
then follow his configuration.

yeah my CPU was a bottleneck when i get enough money

why peapol bothers so much..if they stop bother even the one that have the job and egg to reply anyone they could to start programing and we could play now GT4,tekken 5,all final fantasy like if they re meant to be for PC.

jesus and godzilla balls..no one reads nothing. new comers..there it have to be a tool that not permit no one to write nothing for 2 days. This makes them read everything and then they will be not so stupid..this one even readed something and dont know about the 3ghz procesor minimum

Those videos are usually made so they will play at normal speed even if you were recording at 20% speed

You may need to use lots of speedhacks but they should be playable.
