Well for me.Tell me which mode will i benefit from most.As you saying an i7 overclocked @ 4.8 ghz wont run most games on full speed.Unless there bugged of course. So im guessing hw mode?
I will be trying to run GTA liberty city stories,Vice city stories,GTA3.
As i own those games on a disc.

I'd recommend hardware mode because you'll be able to change the internal resolution to your liking improving graphics tremendously.
Ahh ok.My bad =P
HW mode it is then.
Thanks for your help bositman!
Btw this is irrelevant. But i give a thumbs up!
for your name.Boositman hehe.
Abit of info.Going to be running all the games @ 1280x720 as i will be recording alot of footage too. Also youtube does not handle 1080p very well as it does with 720p.fps @29.97 same as youtube. Those gta games should run very smooth.

I'd use 1920x1080 or more, your graphics card will handle it fine

I know my gpu will handle it fine. But when rendering a video out on sony vegas (PCSX2 gameplay @1080p).The video size will be much larger and in quality wise it's hardly no different to 720p.Especially when uploading it to youtube.720p is the recommended HD quality.Plus @29.97 FPS.Which is what youtube uses again. So rendering a video out with the same fps plus 720p and playing @29.97.Will end in a good result.
Don't get me wrong 1080p is the best HD signal in general. But when it comes to rendering videos recording them etc.720p is a wiser choice.

I was watching those videos yesterday.I have to say.The way you run those games in the video it looked like you was playing from the ps2 console itself haha.
Hoping my games run as smooth as those videos.
I wont be recording from the internal recorder though.I will be recording from playclaw 3 if it supports it.And you don't edit those videos right?.It's just straight record it.Then upload.
