I have a small problem with RDR, it's laggy as hell.

My pc specs:
LAPTOP
Acer  Aspire E1-531
Bios: V2.14
Processor: Intel Pentium CPU B960 @ 2.20GHz (2CPUs), ~2,2GHz
WIN10 64bit
4096MB RAM
Ram memory: 4,00GB
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics Family

There's config to improve my fps?

Unfortunately, no setting will make this game run on this rig decently.
Pcsx2 requires a hefty PC for games like this one. It's a fact, and nothing can change this.
Just keep playing it on your PS2 for now until you can afford a better machine.
