Hi, I am having an issue with blurry grey screen in the menus and animations that i cant see any ideas and help on how to fix it?

well when we are on the 1.2.1 there is a sound problem im had in that one there is no sound and i looked in some options nothing wrong with it kinda confuses me

didn't get what you mean.
you mean you downloaded pcsx2 and used default settings ?

y i did but software is too slow :/

well since software forces the game to work graphically it does lower the fps as i know :/
