Try setting extra rendering threads to 1 or 2 in gsdx settings. Don't think you will get playable speeds though.

well got a friend with better hardware quad and so on with same software problems with fps falling if that is the issue then guess your telling no point in using pcsx2 untill i get 2x my hardware

You can definitely play some games with that rig but not games that require software mode or very CPU intensive ones, such as this one. But yes an upgrade would help.
