Reduce EE%?

Im trying to figure out how i can reduce my EE percentage while playing Def Jam Fight For NY (EU)

Here are my specs
 gtx 1060 3gb
intel i5-7400 3.00GHz (4 cpus)
8gb ram

Note: the game does run at 100% however at certain points it drops to nearly 80% just wondering how i could prevent my EE% From going crazy im new to pcsx2

you can try to use speedhacks and /or overclock your CPU, maybe...
is your windows power plan set to performance mode ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Your CPU is okay, but it could be better. Try using OpenGL HW mode instead. Your GPU is at least very good.

STR near 2000 for a game like Def Jam ?
