Reducing loading speed

Hello, is there any way to reduce loading speed of the games? I'm already using the Fast CDVD hack but it seems to make little to no difference. Also, I'm playing from a iso rather than the disc. 

I do understand games have limits themselves because they might break otherwise.

And that disabling framelimiter shortens loading time. But pressing the hotkey gets annoying after a while.

Is there other way to reduce the loading speed?

just press F4 while the game is loading then press it again when it gets in to the game, I'd advise against messing with the speed the game reads from the disc

Yeah I know about the framelimiter. But for example I have to press the hotkey 50 times x 2 (to disable it)... I'm asking for other methods regardless of the possible issues. Thanks.
