Regional games?
#1
First in advance, sorry if this isn't in the right section, or a touchy subject.

Alright, so I have the NTSC Bios extracted from my PS2. What I want to know, is if I could play games from other regions, mainly PAL. I got about 150 bucks I want to spend on some foreign games such as Michigan: Report from Hell.

But I don't want to buy them if I won't be able to even play them.

As far as I've been told is that it doesn't matter where your BIOS is from, it should still play all region games.

Region doesnt matter, so lont as you use fast boot.

Though there is also no guarantee all games will emulate at full speed though, so remember to keep that in mind.

Thanks a bunch for the responses! I didn't want to waste the money on PAL games if I couldn't play them. Besides, now that I know I can, I'll be able to help with compatibility settings on at least one or two foreign games!! Watch out Michigan, here I come!!
