Hello.

My name is chris and i kind of need some help Tongue2 .

I want to play Dragon Ball Z BT 3 but it is slow speed and the screen is flashing.

I tried to search GSDx 0.1.5 but i only find a .dll and i don't have any idea what to do with it.

So, can anyone please tell me how i can play DBZ BT3 without slowmotion/flash?

BTW, my computer is pretty good, so its not from pc.

put the dll in your plugins folder and let pcsx2 detect it.

if you had an i7 950 and 4gb ddr3 fast ram i could say your pc is pretty good but this one is pretty average... also what gpu you got
OS: Win 7 Ultimate x64 sp1, MoBo: Asus P5QD Turbo, CPU: Q6600 @ 3,0Ghz, RAM: Trancend 2x2gb 6-6-6-18 800 MHz, GPU: HD 4850 1gb.
Pcsx2: Always Latest

That shows your CPU (which is a little low for PCSX2) but it doesn't tell us your graphics card which can also have a fairly big effect on speed as well.

PS2 emulation is very very CPU dependant... Requiring, in the more extreme cases, a 4ghz or higher CPU (though in general, 3+ghz is where you need to be) and at least a mid-range DX10-11 video card.

use latest official beta 0.9.7 (see the downloads section)
your cpu is average for pcsx2, some games will be slow.
and what about your GPU ? (because DBT3 is quite GPU demanding)
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

No there is no other working PS2 emulator. Use GPU-z to see your graphics card: http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/

To get 0.9.7 beta, go here: http://pcsx2.net/downloads.php?p=publicbeta

click on your start menu, click "run" and type dxdiag

or do a search of your PC for dxdiag and run that. The second tab will be where it says.
