1)Game title: Dragon Quest V - Bride of the Sky [NTSC-J]

4)Compatibility report: Nearly Perfect

PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 580

Build Description: PCSX2 1.3.0 - Windows

BIOS Used: USA v02.00(14/06/2004) Console

EE/VU Clamp modes: Normal/Normal
EE/VU Rounding: Chop/Chop

Speedhacks Used:
Works fine with or without speedhacks

Gamefixes Used:
none

Amount of testing done :
Much

Comments:
Turbo mode does not work properly with default settings since the frame drawn when turbo activated stays at the screen and does not refresh until turbo is turned off. To fix this, set (frames to skip) under (frame skipping) -from GS menu- to 4 instead of the default 2.

Using gsdx-opengl will break the order of the menus making the active menu under the older one, so just use direct x.

The testing was done with the English patch applied.

Bugs:
In hardware mode, some of the sprites (hair, mustaches, grass etc...) have weird colors (Pink for mustaches, green for hair and black for everything else) at the edges (wrong alpha?). In software mode, there is no problem.

Bugs:
Sound looping can occur when not using timestretch, which leads to game breaking situations. Use Timestretch to prevent this bug from occuring.

Comments:

Runs very slowly. I had to edit the ini file and set the framerate to 30 instead of 60 so that I can play it. Should run at a solid 30fps on more powerful computers.

Bugs:

Menus and ingame graphics textures are corrupt if gsdx is in hardware mode. Looks fine in software mode.
