Comments:

Can to play. Be sure to enable all speedhacks to minimize drawdowns of speed (and this does not completely help, but at least you do not need to enable frame skipping). Minor graphic bugs.

Bugs:

1) Pixel ghosting on edge of screen in in every resolution higher than native.
2) Two sides of the replays' icons, which saved in hardware mode, have a bright multicolor, instead of black.
3) Information messages like "Get ready to drive" or "1 sec. penalty" do not disappear.
4) Numbers are not displayed on the scoreboards about the time, which separating you and the opponent - only the car icon.
5) Deinterlace filter does not work correctly - or screen is shaking or fast-moving labels at the bottom of the screen cannot be read.

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2060 SUPER 8GB

Build Used: pcsx2-v1.5.0-dev-3400-g56b76b17a

GSdx Settings:
DirectX11 Hardware @ 6x Native
Bilinear (PS2) Filtering

Speedhacks Used:
INTC Spin Detection, Wait Loop Detection, mVU Flag

Automatic Gamefixes enabled.

Amounts of testing done: A lot.

Comments: Mega Drive sound emulation tears often and is desynced, the worst notably being Comix Zone. This is a problem on real hardware (at least with the audio tearing), but is exacerbated on PCSX2. When full booting with USA BIOS, it boots into English.

Comments:

* Hardware mode fully playable, but better play in software mode.
* Also don't use PAL 60 mode, because in this case game will have very noticeable black border at top age of screen.

Bugs:

* At resolutions higher than native prerendered videos have stripes and broken pixels (last one noticed only in trailer of KOF: Maximum Impact).
* Hardware mode in any resolution makes game colors darker. But this "filter" is not always applied without errors.
* After changing rendering modes and resolutions, the screen may become covered with "snow".
* Logo of SNK Playmore in PAL 60 mode have broken pixels field on black border.
