Hi
PCSX2 appears to be working fine in all respects except that every time I exit PCSX2, I have to manually reconfigure my controllers. Otherwise the buttons don't work at all when I boot the ISO.
When I restart PCSX2 and look at the controller button configurations, there doesn't appear to be any changes to the buttons that I last configured. I have also tried saving the button configurations. However unless I go through and manually press each button, the buttons don't work and are irresponsive in game. When I try loading a saved button configuration profile, this doesn't to have any impact either.
How do I troubleshoot this? Please let me know if there's any information I should post.
Grateful for your help.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
[code]
Pasted emulog goes here
