Reshade not detected/disabled when fullscreen in Nightly version

This is the first time I use Nightly version but the problem is when I want to use Reshade in fullscreen it was disabled can't even press home button (the default hotkey to make Reshade appears). But in windowed mode I can use reshade fine and normal.

This problem didn't occur in 1.6.0 version but the thing is there is some graphical issue for Manhunt (PS2) in 1.6.0 but can be fixed in Nightly version.
