your GPU is a bit weak, so the answer is no.
but with some tweaks, you could get playable speeds (not full speed)
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Yeah you definataly can achieve full speed even at high res with that hardware if you muck around with the settings enough.

I know this from doing so with a 8400M GT (It was not 1080p however it was 1440x900)

I don't just mean Pcsx2 settings, Windows too.

680GTX is pretty good, there is always the 690GTX if you don't mind SLI.

Just have £££

That's an absurdly expensive video card to put in a machine with such an old CPU.

@ Ambient_Malice:
You got that right. Smile

A more relative card to the build (and obvious budget) is what you're looking for.
Something like a GT 430 would be good, affordable,
and much better than that 9400GT.

@ Fezzer:
You're making me chuckle. Smile

Some rigs are built to impress,
but I'm guessing an Athlon II X2 + GTX 690 would be built to confuse. Laugh

@ Livy:
You've been around long enough to know that's off-topic spamming. Rolleyes

Hey guys, I have my PCSX2 set to the optimum settings for my computer but I can't get it to run Resident Evil 4, It will go to the memory card screen and won't move any. Any ideas how to fix this?
