Resolution Options removed?

i don't know if is important or have any change in game, but i see is removed this options

now the resolution is blocked to desktop (1600X900) when i can use 1920X900 or 2560X1440

Change the resolution in the gsdx config.

You don't change the custom resolution there. Go here : Config > Video > Plugin Settings. Untick native and put your custom resolution in there.

it's internal Resolution! my IR is 5X now!

Both the internal resolution and the window resolution are important, and both are still where they are used to be, just that the second you must input it by hand instead choosing from a list.
