Resolved: [Bug Report] Atelier Iris 3 [NTSC]
#1
On Atelier Iris 3 NTSC(maybe other games too)switching memory card and enabling=>disabling and after that enabling them again is not working.

If I change or disable=>enable the memory card at the tittle screen:
1.Esc=>Memcards=>Change=>Run=>Execute,the message with loading the card is reappearing again and again endlessly.
2.It also happens if I disable the card=>run=>execute=>ecs=>enable the card=>run=>execute.
3.Sometimes if I try to disable it I get
MemoryCard > Ignoring attempted read from disabled card.
4.If I try to reset and run=>execute or File=>Run CD\DVD I get
(EE) Bus Error, addr=0x5018604c [store]
(EE) PC: 0x9fc42930 Cycle: 0x002589a9

And the emu crash and close.

If I change or disable=>enable the memory card in game:
1.When I change the card for the first time it load correctly but if I try to change it again, the next time it load's the card there's no data inside it.
2.If from enabled status I disable the card and after that enable it,there's no data.
3.All the errors
(EE) Bus Error, addr=0x5018604c [store]
(EE) PC: 0x9fc42930 Cycle: 0x002589a9

and
MemoryCard > Ignoring attempted read from disabled card.
are happening in game too.

I'm pretty sure that can happen on other games too(maybe Ar Tonelico 2)

I've tried on 0.9.6,r956,r998,r1072,r1129.All the settings are on default.
GSdx,LilyPad,Linuzappz ISO,ZeroSPU2(mute)

Don't ask me why I would want to disable the enabled card and after that enable it again,I'm just reporting it as a bug.

Well, this engine seems to really hate it if you remove the memory cards.
As long as "normal" usage is fine, it's all ok Tongue2

Ah, well this is interesting in a sense, since it does point to emulation deficiencies in the SIO unit. We kind of already knew it to be deficient, but finding good test subjects to backwards engineer from is hard. I'll add AI3 to the list.

(There's a chance that a similar bug causes general emulation instability when we "unplug" controller 2, for example).
