PCSX2 version: v1.5.0-dev-3311-g3c38087e7-windows
CPU options: EE/IOP defaults, VUs defaults
Plugins used: GSdx 20191103162528 (MSVC 19.21 AVX2/AVX2) 1.1.0 (software and hardware OGL & D3D11)
Description: Fullscreen wall of color lines, witch covered most of in-game graphics (except some menus).

I also noticed: if enabled showing "Dev/Verbose" in the program log, then emulator starts to clog the log by message "Gif Unit - GS packet size exceeded VU memory size!" in such quantities that the .txt file of log instantly gains a dozen megabytes. Because of this, game speed drops from 60 FPS to 10 FPS.
