Thanks for a proper bug report (haven't seen one in months...). Which was the next beta after 5260 that failed?

Thanks for your reply, lol

The one directly after that i've tried was r5304. I would like to try previous SVN's, but the list doesn't show them under r5304 on the pcsx2.net SVN page.

If I can grab them, I can test Smile.

Give these 2 a try, see how they behave:

On r5265 the game freezes while in the memory card prompts. When it freezes, this message shows up in the log window:
Quote:sceGsSyncPath: DMA Ch.1 does not terminate
<D1_CHCR=30000145Laugh1_TADR=00bc0530Laugh1_MADR=00bc0d20Laugh1_QWC=00000006>
<D2_CHCR=70000005Laugh2_TADR=002d3dd0Laugh2_MADR=002d3de0Laugh2_QWC=00000000>
<VIF1_STAT=000000c3:GIF_STAT=00000000>

With r5273, the game freezes with a near-identical message in the same situation:

Quote:sceGsSyncPath: DMA Ch.1 does not terminate
<D1_CHCR=30000145Laugh1_TADR=00bc08a0Laugh1_MADR=00bc0d20Laugh1_QWC=00000006>
<D2_CHCR=70000005Laugh2_TADR=002d3dd0Laugh2_MADR=002d3de0Laugh2_QWC=00000000>

That makes no sense at all... are you SURE 5260 worked??
Edit: Can you try r5325 or higher and see if it's resolved? thanks!
