#PCSX2 version: Issue was introduced in 1.7.4943 (identified by bisection between 1.7.4000 and latest nightly 1.7.5059)
#Emulation options: All default options on fresh install
#Plugins Used: Vulkan/OpenGL (both affected), Software (unaffected)

Multiple graphics issues:
Corruption in opening cutscene (in the village scenes after the genie summoning, such as the windmill and inside Toan's house)
Black lines in first-person view (press R2 when in-game)
Black lines in day cycle screen (start game and wait a minute or so for dusk)
