This is an nvidia driver issue, downgrade to something older like 326 version of the drivers and it will be fine. Or use DirectX 9 Tongue

Yup, right after posting this I realized I had a driver update available. I updated it and now everything seems to be working fine.Smile

On a side note this game still looks gorgeous; the art style really aged well. Is there anyway I can get screen shots to be in 16:9 ratio?
