First time to report bugs, please forgive me if not properly.

PCSX2 version: SVN version 5109

Options set to default
No Hack/Speed Hack enabled

Plugins:
GSdx 5111 (MSVC 16.00, SSE41) 0.1.16
LilyPad 5112 0.11.0
SPU2-X 5112 2.0.0
GSdx Settings:
D3D9(hardware, tried software mode too)

Texture filtering, Logarithmic Z, Alpha correction

Description:
1.Some images are not rendered correctly, there are noise around their edges.
2.Effects looks weired and different from ps2.
3.Can't get through prologue. (crashed with: Vif1: Unknown VifCmd! [8])

Spec:
i7/3G ram/xp sp3

I recall rendering and effects were OK for a while around r4960, and not long before that prologue can be passed.

Here is my test report:

4876 caused the early crash in prologue.
4942 fixed the weired effect and part of noise, still got some noise.
4962 reverted 4942, led to the current situation.

wow a game 4942 actually fixed lol, might have to rethink that whole flushing thing.... Didnt think it actually helped anything!

Has the "noise" problem always existed?

Yes, 4942 fixed noise around img edges, but whole blocks of noise still existed.

Not exactly.
In revs not long before 4876 warnings showed in the console, didn't cause any crash tho.
