Resolved: [Bug Report] GameIndex.yaml is needed to be modified (PCSX2 Nightly - v1.7.3329) MOD

# PCSX2 version: PCSX2 Nightly - v1.7.3329

The "TO BE MODIFIED" section currently contains Korean title serials that need to be modified in the GameIndex.yaml file.
Each game's region needs to be changed to "NTSC-K"

please look PCSX2 wiki of "FIFA Soccer 2004(SLKA-25087)" and "WinBack: Covert Operations(SLPM-64502)"
or psxdatacenter of "Fifa 2004(SLKA-25087)" and "Winback(SLPM-64502)"
