Resolved: [Bug Report] GameIndex.yaml is needed to be modified for Korean Titles (ADD / MOD)

# PCSX2 version: PCSX2 Nightly - v1.7.3064

I am writing to inform you of PS2 Korean titles that have been officially released in Korea.

The "TO BE ADDED" section contains information on Korean title serials that need to be added to the current GameIndex.yaml file.

and the region of the serial ID "SLKA-25087" (FIFA Soccer 2004) is needed to be changed to Korea("NTSC-K").

One more, Games with serial ID "SLKA-25323" appear to be duplicates.

the serial ID "SLKA-25323" (SSX On Tour) exists in the GameIndex.yaml, however, there is a Korean released game(FIFA '06) with the same serial ID "SLKA-25323"

In this case, is it possible to be added to GameIndex.yaml?
