Shadow Lady, thank you for the answer.
I would have thought that the IA being fired up during the race and not in the replay was the only real difference, but I believed that would only impact EE cycles, and not GS one.
I guess I'm going to study a bit more this amazing piece of software (I mean the emu.)

Hello guys! It seems that Cote d'Azur works perfectly on GSdx-Cutie 20150516152220 (MSVC 18.00, SSE2) 0.1.16 !!!
I attached screenshot of race and my settings and archive where I found this plugin.
