Resolved: [Bug Report] Missing buttons from debugger (Mac OS)

I'm not sure if this is an issue specific to the Mac OS build or if all QT versions are affected, but the buttons that used to sit at the top of the PCSX2 debugger (break, step into, step over, etc) appear to be gone for me. Furthermore, the hotkeys for these buttons (F10 and F11) don't seem to work. As a result once a breakpoint is hit I can find no way to actually step through instructions. I'm using the latest nightly (1.7.5040).

I've attached a screenshot of the debugger as I see it as well as what it used to look like pre-QT.
