This is a bug that was fixed shortly after the 0395 release. It's unfortunate it didn't make it in for the release. You can try a recent SVN or wait for our next release (which we're trying to get ready but we still have a list of other known bugs to address so no ETA yet).

(Noticed jake said it was fixed, but was apparently re-introduced somewhere. It's crashing on the latest revisions anyway. I'll try and go back through and do some testing to pinpoint where this started though.)

To reproduce on my side all you do is training mode > training field > in battle use down+x to do a stage jump and you will get the error. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to reproduce however for unknown reasons..

This is a separate bug report from the original vmhack that occurred when going down the Trail after the first stage. This problem was never reported and was likely never fixed -- and so I doubt you'll find a rev where it doesn't happen. It looks to me like it's attempting to issue an unsupported exception type to Pcsx2.

It's something I'd love to work on someday, but frankly it's still low priority.

Update: Well finally got r599 to crash, took me about 20min total for some reason. All of the others took <2min. Weird.
