PCSX2 version: Official 1.2.1 release
CPU options: EE/IOP defaults, VUs defaults
Plugins used: GSdx 0.1.16 rev 5875 sse2 (hardware and software, dx11 and Dx9, Native screen res.)
Description: Half of screen in game is missing, even on old versions of PCSX2, making game a bit unplaybale. Tested on every graphics plugin. Even if Speedhacks and cheats are off.

1. Allready tried that. Still bug exist.
2.  Can't download the latest git release because of this:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /pcsx2/index.php on this server."

Yeah those link to http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/ which I'm also getting 403 forbidden on.

Something is up with the buildbot, I will notify admins about it.

Heads up, the screenshot you linked is from a game called Pool Paradise, not Race Rally.

the pool paradise issue has been fixed quite a while ago, moving to resolved. I find it a bit surprising that he even got the name of the game wrong !
