Resolved: [Bug Report] Smash Court Tennis - Pro Tournament [NTSC-U]

My spec: CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230 v3, 3500 MHz 
RAM: DDR3 2GBx2 4GBx2 
Graphic Card: Nvidia GTX 970


PCSX2 version : pcsx2-v1.5.0-dev-1399 (Tested on 1.4.0 last year in June,same issue)
CPU options : defaults + MTVU
Plugin used : GSdx 20161003222559 (MSVC 19.00 AVX2) 1.1.0 
Note :
1.When you select the items on Prize room in Pro Tournament mode, suddenly low fps  (HW and SW mode,OpenGL and DX)
2.Weird texture in SW mode

could you please provide a gs dump when it's slow ?
and of course, disable all speedhack [including MTVU) to make the bug report valid

And please update to the latest dev version, the version you're using is 4 months old.

tested on v1.5.0-dev-1882-g213fa1c without speedhack

This PR https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/pull/1843 seems to improve the situation. I need to debug it to understand why.
