Resolved: [Bug Report] GAME ID issue (update request GameIndex.yaml)

actually, it isn't wrong, there just needs to be another entry for both, with the existing Sangokushi IX having "[Koei the Best]" added to the name and Nobunaga should be [Koei Teiban Series], yours is just not that edition.
