Mine is completely messed up in hardware mode, but software mode looks fine. Can you upload some screenshots?

I think you need to take the pictures in software mode and look at them in software mode too. E.g. I don't think you can take picture in hardware and look at it in software - that won't work.

No, just tested it now. It HAS to be taken in software mode but after you've taken it you can view it in hardware mode and it works fine.

Well either way I bet that's OP issue - that he took it in hardware. That's what5 I was getting at.

Yeah that's true. I also see it's noted in the wiki.

Thanks guys, I've taken the photo in software mode and it worked, and I saved it. The problem is, how do I view them again and save them on the computer?

EDIT: I've found out: from Home, at Photo Lab. Thanks.
