Description: PCSX2 crash by start the game after the ea logo (game shows loading and then crash). The PCSX2-Legacy (public beta and last svn) works fine with graphic bugs (the players are invisible i have seen the clothes only and so i have played with ghosts ) the console in pcsx2 (new gui) displays nothing and windows say app crash in pcsx2.exe

i use windows 7 x64, c2d [email protected] ghz, 8800gt, 4gb ram. windows message:

Just gave this game a try and it crashes the entire emulator when reaching the EA logo screen. It doesn't get to the in-game menus. (PAL version)

I don't know where I can get the 'Legacy' build that the OP mentioned, so I can't confirm whether it does boot in there or not.

There's literally nothing in the emulog. It just causes the emulator to hang, and you have to force-close it via Task Manager.

What if you manually set GSDX to Software mode in the plugin config and then start the game?

Still freezes the emulator.

One thing I noticed is that the EE and and GS% completely drop to 0 the moment it reaches the load screen. VU% jumps to 97~100%.

No idea if that's relevant at all, but thought I'd mention it anyway.

Welp. MTVU must've been causing it. After turning that off it boots up.
