Revenge Of The Sith Crashes

hi im playing on pcsx2 0.9.6 and whenever i load the Revenge Of the Sith video game on it it works fine until it says it is searching for the memory cards, then it proceeds to quit. Are there any fixes for this issue? Or should i just try to do it on my PC

now whenever i try to execute the emulator just to get to ps2 menu it crashes and gives me this log
