Rez NA version runs in Japanese

So I can't figure out why this would be. I use a USA Bios, and have the original NA version of Rez on disc, and yet it runs in Japanese (save prompts, tutorial, etc are all in Japanese, though there's English menus like many J games).

Someone mentioned this in one thread a while back but it was locked for promoting piracy. I have the original disc here, though.

change your language in the PS2 virtual BIOS in PCSX2 to English to get to there do this :

CDVD < No disk , then Fast boot

Dude it worked, thanks! It also happend on real console, when I installed the game to hdd.
