Right Analog Up and Down are mapped on the same function

I recently upgrade to pcsx2 from 1.6, and when I map my controller both right analog stick up and down are getting mapped to the same function (+LeftTrigger)
Is there a way to fix this problem or to manually map right analog down as -LeftTrigger?
Luckily I kept pcsx 1.6 as everything is working fine there, is there maybe a way to copy controller setting between this two versions?

It's a chinese USB ps3 controller

I avoided the problem by adding PCSX2 to steam and using steam imput instead
Kinda hate using steam but well.. whatever it takes, the game I wanted to play had sever ghosting problems in 1.6
Very strange issue tbh
Should I edit the post to make it resolved?
