Rock band used to work, wont now

I used to be able to play rock band on pcsx2 before i got a new mother board, cpu and ram. Everything else stayed the same, OS, graphics card, ps2 bios, pcsx2 version (I also tried it with a number of older versions). No other games broke. I went from an AMD Athlon X2 to an AMD FX-4100. Could this be the issue or is it something else.

try fresh memory cards. If they get corrupt they can stop games running

I gave it a try but I still had the same problem. It just sit on a black screen with 0-10% EE activity. Thanks anyway, it might be handy to know in the future.

only other things i can suggest are moving your install elsewhere and remaking your iso, one of those has to sort it if nothing else has changed
