Rogue Galaxy blue flashing

Hello,

I couldn't really tell if it was the game or my plugins causing this, but during cutscenes in the game (not during normal gameplay) I get random flashing. The screen will flash blue for a fraction of a second quite often during cutscenes.

Computer:
Windows 7 64
AMD Athlon II X3 445 3.10 GHz
4 gb RAM DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 4850 1GB DDR3

alternatively:
GSdx 3693 MSCV 15.00 SSE2 0.1.16-Direct 3D10 Hardware
interlacing none (have tried all options)
native res
allow 8 bit textures
texture filtering grayed out but is selected when I set own resolution (same results)
all others grayed out
have tried no speedhacks and almost every other combination of speedhacks

yes, it did on every graphics plugin I tried, but I messed with some settings (there were a couple, so i'm not sure which one) and it seems to be fixed now. Thank you very much
