Hey wheelman... i REALY suggest you try and install different GPU drivers for your card then..

Trust me... its very plausible that your systems gpu drivers are conflicting here !!

I'll never forget the day when i had to extract and opengl.dll file and d3D file from an older released gpu driver package to solve the very exact same problem you now have ..

But that wos with epSX (Playstation 1 emule) back then !!!
Twos to fix an ingame FF8 graphics glitch,, and what dya know...

indeed, my gpu drivers where to blame for .... Ati ofcourse !!
But back then i had an HD3000 serries card if recall correct...

Sad to see there are still lots of graphics issues with epsx even in software mode Glare !!

Thats why i purchased an 2x 2nd hand psp with video-audio output (not the stripped down cheap ass E1000 model) !!

Yeah 2x just to be on the safe side, incase i have 1 brick.. Cuz fony did stripped allot of good features from the psp like audio/video ... stereo → mono OhmyHuh Glare

REaly... they ruined an perfect system !!!

cherriepoppers,

r5444 doesn't work.
BTW, it isn't my drivers, downloaded an older version of PCSX2 from October(may be the same version I had), just booted up the .ISO and it worked fine.

R5443 works.
Should I upload my .inis folder, or my PCSX2 folder(without ISOs, ofc)?

Hey wheelman, glad you sorted it out..
But be specific... is it the plugin revision that fixed it or pcsx2 5443 release that did the trick ?

might be an conflict between the plugin revisions and pcsx2 revision here !!
is that possible , i wonder !

Thats why i ESPECIALY mentioned the PCSX2 revision + GSdx Revision = Succes story...
So that you woud get the EXACT same setup...

Just have read that you have tried pcsx2 "5481" + GSdx 5442 = NO GO ehh...

Because the plugin revision seems always to be different from pcsx2 revisions and what not !!

umm, nothing actually changed in r5444 over r5443, can you double check it is the case that 1 works and not the other. The only change made makes absolutely no sense to why it should kill it.
