I'm totally new to this, and have no idea what plugins to choose.
I'm just asking for help. How can I and what do I need to run God of War I?
My specs:
Pentium® Dual Core CPU
E5300 @ 2.60GHz
2.62GHz, 2.00 GB of Ram

I got everything configured now. So If I have an "EU" bio, can I still run games with the "USA" mark?

Yes what bios you have wont make a diffrence on what games you can play.
Specs:

Does anyone know how to remove Kratos blinking when you enable the EE and VU speed hacks up to 3?

the other hacks work fine on GoW, last I checked
! Hopefully I'll be able to emulate my long life dreamed games like God of War and Shadow of Collosus on the PC!
