How do I get Metal Gear Solid 3 to run well on my PC? What settings should I be using? I have the newest PCSX2 revision.

Windows 7 Professional 64
Intel Core i5 4570 3.2 GHZ
NVIDIA EVGA Geforce 760 GTX 2 GB GDDR5 SC Edition
16 GB DDR3 RAM
1 TB Hard drive
