shift to "sse2" if it's not work then the final verdict is your video card may doesn't have at least pixel shader 2.0.

So lostpup,keep that in mind that even if you fix the problem,you will not get full speed on a lot of games
That was never an issue for PS2 games, tbh. I really don't understand my laptop, but it is able to run way heavier games on full graphs and virtually no fps drops.

I'll update/reinstall my drivers, but I was able to run every iso I own on this same laptop before the clean Windows install so my hardware can't be the issue.
