Runtime error?

Please try to repair install directx end user runtime. It's most probably a dx issue. The dx installer is just stupid as hell and sometimes needs some stubborness to succeed.

well just to be sure that i didn't do anything wrong can you tell me how to install directx and link to download?

After downloading try to install and choose repair if available.
