SCP DS3 Not Working

I had an HP 17-bs0xx. SCP DS3 ran absolutely fine on it. But I recently bought a newer laptop and I installed SCP DS3 the same way. I installed all the necessary components like Visual C++ packages. Installed the driver for PS3 controller USB. No Bluetooth or PS4 drivers were installed. However, in the SCP Monitor is says Gamepad 1 is disconnected. The driver is running under task manager but it says DSx instead of DS3. Not sure if that matters. It appears others have had this problem too. Has anyone figured out a solution?

Same with Me with laptop HP Elitebook G4
Try SCP V1.6 the bluetooth ccn't connected and sometimes bluescreen
And try SCP V1.7 my Controller DS3 can't detected
Any idea ?
