I seem to come across some problems with this game. When on menus and the title screen. It goes at a good 84fps. However Map goes straight down to 42fps. and the animation i thought would increase but goes down to 19fps. Im playing this game with an r1888 with 2.10Ghz. Any suggestions?

PC specs? PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings?

Unfortunately it is a slow CPU, I suppose it's got a slow graphics card too so you may not be able to get the speed you want. Try enabling some speedhacks and enable "native" in GSdx settings, but treally there's not much you may be able to do.
