Ok guys so I'm pretty new to this whole, thing and I've been watching videos about trying to get pcsx2 running at 60 fps or close, I've gotten it relatively close with it dropping to 50% speed periodically but its much better than before. However, I can not for the life of me find a thread or video or anything telling me: will this emulator run at full speed if I actually purchase and use the disc? I've been downloading and using roms because I no longer have any of my ps2 games I just want to know before I spend money on them for no reason lol.
