they are not working,i try to convert using omnicovert and pscx2 cheat converter,also cannot,most of the cheat is taken from japanese website

Those codes look fine(they are raw...except the last one //exp...it's still encrypted with ARv1)
Do you see in the console title(or inside it)that X number of cheats are loaded.

Some other possible reasons why the codes are not working are...wrong crc,wrong file extension(pnach.txt)or wrong location(the portable version use the cheats folder in the pcsx2 directory and the installer version used the My Documents\PCSX2\cheats)

I've tried to use a pnach file for this game and for some reason every single time, despite being in the correct area (Using the installer version and the file is in the Documents\PCSX2\cheats folder) It keeps coming up in the console as "Not found Cheats file: C:\Users\user\Documents\PCSX2\cheats\321C5C3B.pnach"

Honestly have no idea what else I am supposed to do here. The file was made by someone else, so not sure if the code is correct since I know nothing about coding. And apparently even PCSX2CE doesn't recognize the file, so... Completely lost here.
